GREEK: ἐν πάσαις ταῖς κατὰ τὴν οἰκουμένην φυλαῖς ἀναμεμίχθαι δυσμενῆ λαόν τινα, τοῖς νόμοις ἀντίθετον πρὸς πᾶν ἔθνος, τά τε τῶν βασιλέων παραπέμποντας διηνεκῶς προστάγματα, πρὸς τὸ μὴ κατατίθεσθαι τὴν ὑφʼ ἡμῶν κατευθυνομένην ἀμέμπτως συναρχίαν.
ENGLISH (draft-awaiting-approval): that a certain hostile people is mixed in among all the tribes throughout the inhabited world, opposed in its laws to every nation, continually disregarding the ordinances of kings, so as to obstruct the blameless joint government we direct.
