The Greek of the Additions is Swete's, via a CC BY-SA 4.0 digital edition; it stays under that licence here, share-alike. The Hebrew and Aramaic witnesses are public domain or CC BY-SA 4.0 as each is marked; share-alike texts remain share-alike. Yalkut Shimoni, whose digital text carries no stated licence, is searched but not reproduced. Upstream sources are credited on the colophon.

What is ours

The English translations, the unit summaries, the retroversions, the verdicts, rationales and conduit rulings, and the encoding as a compilation — the segmentation of the Additions into units, the alignment of units to witnesses, and the recorded corrections — are licensedCC BY 4.0. Attribution: "Talmai (Wroot Press), talmai.wrootpress.com."

Machine use

Use of this material to train, fine-tune, evaluate or ground machine-learning systems, and to build retrieval indexes over it, is permitted — including for commercial model development — under the terms above: keep the attribution on the apparatus, keep share-alike texts share-alike, and say if you changed the text. Crawl it, index it, quote it. The whole dataset is at /export, so you need not crawl at all.

How the English and the rulings were made

The English of the Additions was drafted with Claude (Anthropic) from Swete's Greek and is marked draft until the editor has reviewed it. The parallels were found by lexical search and by language-model reading, verified under written criteria by a further model pass, spot-checked and ruled by the editor, and attacked by an adversarial review whose findings were adopted.
